I am very disappointed in the service I’ve received. I recently had my pool re-marcited, and Pool Troopers agreed to brush the pool three days a week. I was told on Thursday that another technician would be coming out to brush and balance the pool. No one showed up on Friday. I called at 2:00 p.m. and was told someone was on the way. I called again at 4:45 p.m., right before closing, only to be told that no one would be coming after all.
