I used this company only 2 times and realized it was not going to work. My reason for stopping the service was lack of communication and not putting any chemicals in the pool (which they were responsible for) I took a sample to Pinch A Penny and found I had NO chlorine. To me this is unacceptable. So I ended up paying for my own chemicals to get my pool balanced. Please be mindful of who call for pool service.
