I stopped by Pool Tile World for a small purchase and had an outstanding experience. Chris, the owner, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to help me even though it was a minor need—and to my surprise, he didn’t even charge me, despite my insistence. That level of honesty and customer care is rare. Highly recommend!
Chris is a super nice and helpful owner with a lot of very useful experience in his field. He stocks tons of tile samples. He also offers excellent advice. I updated my pool edge tile to a blue glass and love it. He got it for me right away without any problems and the price was very fair. He recommended not using white grout but going a shade or two darker (into the light grays) and it is a game-changer--so much more subtle and elegant. They have an endless amount of samples and the owner is so friendly and helpful. The selection didn’t even come close to the other stores we went to. I bought my tile there because of the beautiful selection and the customer service. Chris is so knowledgeable and has been in the industry a very long time and knows his product inside and out.

Just drove 35 minutes to store to buy tile called ahead of time no answer arrived at 430 website showed closes at 5 only to have sign on door
