Being from the southwest and new to New England, I had never before "shut down" or "opened" a swimming pool before. Pool Tech is down the street from me, and I visited them last year to see what exactly is involved with opening a pool. They gave me a plastic bottle to gather a water sample from my pool, which I did. The Pool Tech guys were great! They opened the pool exactly as I asked; fixed a cracked pipe that needed fixing so that I wouldn't have to schedule a second service call; and were very professional, personable and engaging. Additionally, I had a toddler at my house that watched everything that was going on and was very intrigued with what they were doing. Much to his delight, the guys engaged him through the window, smiling and chatting with him all while working diligently. Thanks so much!

Brian and the rest of the Pool Tech crew were helpful, patient and professional. Our in-ground pool install was completed in the window we had planned, and for the cost we agreed to. I appreciate their experience, attention to detail and willingness to explain the process to me throughout. We encountered some challenges with the build, each of which were addressed with the longevity of the finished product in mind.
