Kyle did a very professional job winterizing and installing a new safety cover on our pool. It was a more challenging job than expected because the cover shipment was missing the garden stakes. Kyle saved time and got the cover installed properly, before the fall leaves dropped, by finding metal stakes at Home Depot. His solution turned out even better than what would have shipped with the cover. We definitely plan to use Kyle again to open our pool and for our future pool work needs. Pool Tec charged $300 to open our pool this season, and promised a month of free service to make right for service that was paid for but never completed last year. In May, Kyle and Will took the cover off, cashed our check, and never finished opening the pool. Kyle promised to come back in two days, but never did. The bolts holding the cover were never screwed down, the cover wasn’t cleaned, the pool wasn’t brushed or vacuumed, and the water was left as it was after the winter. Kyle is definitely the best pool guy I’ve ever dealt with. He is very professional and gets the job done in a very timely manner. He went above and beyond to put a new pool liner in my family’s pool in such short notice. His prices are very reasonable and he does an amazing job! I highly recommend Kyle for all your pool needs! You won’t be disappointed!
