I am completely blown away with the customer service from Pool Supply Haus. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon with a Pentair pool heater part number for a Thermal Regulator kit that wasn’t functioning properly on the unit. The heater would meet temperature and then keep stopping then starting up again. It was driving me nuts. I thought it was something gas related with the short cycling. A fantastic experience where the staff were super helpful with advice, guidance and even found and pulled some spare used parts off some older equipment for me. They are not interested in overselling and gave straight advice based on how they run their own pool.
