TL;DR: Professional, polite and very efficient! Called up Pierre in a bit of a panic after our pool heater broke mid-season, just as the weather was getting nice! As far as service goes, for buying a new heater, they were just incredible. Did a very fast check of what was in the warehouse, and I was originally told that they would aim to get it delivered in about 2 days. Well, much to my surprise, they were even faster than that!
