I love this pool store! I go out of my way to come here vs the one 5 minutes from my house or the other one 10 minutes! The prices are reasonable, some even cheaper than the chain stores! The owner definitely knows her stuff and has a really cool water testing machine that is SUPER accurate! She also ALWAYS has liquid chlorine when it’s sold out in the other stores in the area. The store is very clean, the ONLY negative I can say is it’s a pain to turn left when you’re leaving! If that’s the only negative, count me in!
As a new pool owner, I had no knowledge of pool chemistry. Jill has been extremely helpful in helping me understand how to properly maintain our chemicals. Always a good experience.
The lady was very rude, didn't really help me as a new pool owner.. and what's funny is my husband used to work as a truck driver for a pool supply distributor and bent over backwards to make her happy... I'll never step foot in that place again. Very poor service
