The lady was very rude, didn't really help me as a new pool owner.. and what's funny is my husband used to work as a truck driver for a pool supply distributor and bent over backwards to make her happy... I'll never step foot in that place again. Very poor service
Went into store to buy chemicals and have water tested. Knew my ph was low, but wanted to verify. Employee (main lady) wanted my address just to test my water. I said I did not want to give it, because I get enough junk mail etc. and she refused to test my water without my address. No other pool store demands my address to buy chemicals from their store, so I won’t be back. Why they want your address to sell pool chemicals seems like an odd demand.
