Horrible service. Pool Store of Rome, GA had agreed to clean my pool as I left for a trip overseas. I came back from my trip two weeks later to find that it had not been cleaned. I called to ask why- they said they'd look into it and call me back. They never called back. Two more calls to them and I still had no answers. I scheduled another cleaning, and guess what- that never happened either. Completely unreliable service.
Tom Fox and his crew are the best. They truly care about their customers.
