I highly recommend this company! I emailed them late on a Friday afternoon requesting a technical troubleshooting service call. Shortly after, the owner, Craig, called me back personally. Instead of just booking a paid visit, Craig spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with me diagnosing the issue and offering recommendations. It was Friday afternoon and I was in a bind during a pool automation install. I called Craig Wooster with Pool Specialists as a last ditch effort, unsure if I would get a return call.
