Where is my swim Spa that I ordered in 2022. I've have email messages from Joanne who I was told left the company and chloe who both stated it would be on next shipment. The typhoon. Customer Service is non-existent. Bought a hot tub several years ago for well in excess of £5,000 in the last year it has developed a leak a few months ago, i have emailed them asking for a repair in excess of 30 times and still not had anyone attend to fix it. On the rare occasion you actually get someone to answer the phone they promise to get Neil to call to arrange a repai which never comes to fruition. 3 x Months later, no returned calls at all, no responses to any emails. Love my new hot tub 😊. The service from start to finish was fantastic with a full run through of how to operate the tub before they left. The knee and foot massage is amazing.
Pools spas hartlepool, we bought the ambleside hot tub from pool spas, Naomi helped us find the right one for us she was very helpfull, emailing us and keeping us up to date when our order was coming & delivery date, the service was excellent, dean came for a survey for getting hot tub to the rear garden, on delivery day dean ,taffy and the boss came, they worked very hard, & set it up in our gazebo.i cant fault dean and taffy there were here a couple of hours, filling and setting it all up and explaining everything to us,we... read more
