Extremely poor customer service will never return
I recently bought a 40 mm Water Non-Return Check Valve in-store for $65. When I got home, I saw the exact same product listed on their website for $45, about 45% more expensive in-store. The item also didn’t have a barcode to scan, which made me wonder how the price was set. This was very disappointing and made me question how many other items I may have unknowingly overpaid for.
