Great customer service, fair price
I live in Brisbane and purchased an Aiper Surface cleaner online. After 4 months it suffered a failure that rendered it unusable. The team at Pool and Spa Warehouse could not have been more helpful. At no point was anything in our interaction difficult. Within 24 hours the warranty team acknowledged that it was an issue, arranged for the item to be sent back to them and within the week I have a brand new replacement model.
Great staff at Castle Hill - always helpful, great at troubleshooting . No hesitation in recommending them!
I visited this store recently and while they definitely have a great range of pool and spa equipment, the customer service experience was poor. The store was busy, which is understandable, but the staff were clearly struggling to manage the queue and the overall flow of customers. One staff member in particular was quite sharp and dismissive when I finally got to speak with them.
