Tom, (the manager at Pool & Spa Warehouse, Penrith) and his amazing team are the best crew I've come across in many, many, years! Caitlin demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the pool cleaning process. She maintained excellent communication, calling and messaging both prior to her arrival and while on-site to address specific questions. Furthermore, she expertly configured the chlorinator and pool cleaner settings, ensuring the automation was correctly established. I would highly recommend Pool and Spa Warehouse Penrith for their pool services
There was algae in my pool and when my dad and I came in we were served by a really friendly guy named Jaiden who recommended these two products that worked exactly how he said they would. Would definitely recommend. Special thanks to Jaiden, amazing customer service
Absolutely disgusted. Not only does the picking take way too long, they then try to blame it on the supplier, saying the supplier didn’t have the item in stock. I contacted the supplier, who sent me a photo of the item (lots of them, actually) being in stock. If you’re going to tell pork pies, maybe tell a different one Jackie? And a warning to those who will still take their chance with these clowns, look at the final invoice.
