Required a new sand type filter for my pool. Rang a few places and found Pool & Spa Warehouse at Penrith very helpful and knowledgeable, and also very well priced. I paid for the filter and arranged installation. Prior to the agreed time I received a call asking if they could push the install back 90 minutes. Not an issue. Caitlin demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the pool cleaning process. She maintained excellent communication, calling and messaging both prior to her arrival and while on-site to address specific questions. Furthermore, she expertly configured the chlorinator and pool cleaner settings, ensuring the automation was correctly established.
