I was served by a young lady on Saturday who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Her customer service skills were outstanding and made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you — a genuine smile really does go a long way.
We had a new filter and pump put in today, but we discovered a problem as the water wasn't flowing naturally as it should! The boys tested and chcked to get to bottom of it, although the pump was working, Paris ( the lead technician) had a feeling there was a problem and made sure the job was done right! He fixed the problem, probably saving the pump and much heartache, ( cost of replacing and all that) not to mention the stress of having to deal with all that just before chrismas.
