Great service today at pool and spa warehouse. The team there helped me get a new cartridge for my cartridge filter. Would definitely recommend going down to check these guys out.
Tami and her team provide fantastic customer support. I have purchased many items and additions to my pool filtration system from heat pump and PH/ORP sensor and doser. I had manufacturer issues with a sensor but Tami was able to organise the manufacturer to attend site and determine the issue and have it replaced. Service second to none.
Went out of their way to assist me even though my request was not Pool or Spa related. I was looking for a certain type of sand for my Aquarium.
Outstanding customer service. Store Manager Tami went over and above to help us with our pool issue. Fantastic prices and no high pressure selling. Just honest information by fully experienced staff. We were worried what we would need but every question was answered with confidence and experience. Best Pool shop in the Windsor area. Highly recommend.
