I bought a Poolrite multiport valve top assembly from this store last year, and the customer service I received was simply outstanding. Tammy, in particular, went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me out. It's honestly the best customer service experience I've had in Australia. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back for my future pool equipment needs! Lin
We’ve purchased a number of items for apartment buildings we manage from new Robotic cleaners to auto dosers and pumps / we cannot praise Tami and her team enough the extra effort to meet our needs and educate us on product use and this makes them the best pool supply and service company in the district.
Great place, and people to assist, even near closing. Awesome.
HIGHLY recommended, great staff, very professional, always do an excellent service with a "work" report, very trustworthy,
Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable staff.
