You have to be kidding about a positive review. I requested a repair service on a Wednesday, nobody arrived on that Wednesday I waited until the next Wednesday, not happening. Rang and told it wasn’t booked, also told I would be rung back and also there is a 3 week wait for service . Of course nobody rang me back. Certainly a poor response.
Seriously no after sales service having problems with the filter i brought a month ago waited 8 days for technician only to no show that was 4 days ago with dont phone us we will phone you nearly two weeks no call still guessing if there even going to bother then tami got involved job done
Just wanted to drop a line, we were in your shop on Saturday and was served by a polite, helpful & friendly young girl. We had been to quite a few stops on Saturday and your staff stood out to us – so just thought I’d pass it on.
Not impressed to say the least.. got pool water tested, first time was told add 6 bags salt.. then in week retest.. retested .. need 10 more bags salt.. Purchased the 10, bit my instinct told me No.. too much salt.. so added 6.. my chlorinator flashing high salt.. took sample to different pool shop, told me you have TOO much salt , you can damage your chlorinator.. will never go back.
