I was served by a young lady on Saturday who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Her customer service skills were outstanding and made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you — a genuine smile really does go a long way.
We had a new filter and pump put in today, but we discovered a problem as the water wasn't flowing naturally as it should! The boys tested and chcked to get to bottom of it, although the pump was working, Paris ( the lead technician) had a feeling there was a problem and made sure the job was done right! He fixed the problem, probably saving the pump and much heartache, ( cost of replacing and all that) not to mention the stress of having to deal with all that just before chrismas. You have to be kidding about a positive review. I requested a repair service on a Wednesday, nobody arrived on that Wednesday I waited until the next Wednesday, not happening. Rang and told it wasn’t booked, also told I would be rung back and also there is a 3 week wait for service . Of course nobody rang me back. Certainly a poor response.
Seriously no after sales service having problems with the filter i brought a month ago waited 8 days for technician only to no show that was 4 days ago with dont phone us we will phone you nearly two weeks no call still guessing if there even going to bother then tami got involved job done
