Chris installed my Astral Halo35 chlorinator and absolutely nailed it. He has over 20 years of experience and super knowledgeable, clean install, and explained everything clearly before leaving. Professional, efficient, and no shortcuts. It’s rare to find someone who combines strong technical expertise with great customer service, but Chris absolutely does. I've been into the shop over the last fornight for varing reasons and Rebecca has served me on all three occassions. She's always super friendly, goes above and beyond in a timely manner, helpful and very knowledgeable. It's rare to get someone in a retail environment these days who provides a 5 star service to the customer. Rebecca has done this everytime and deserves a shout out, great customer service !
