Pool & Spa Brookvale has been a great support to our pool and spa equipment upgrades. Very happy with Will particularly who is always reachable, responsive and flexible. It was quite a project but it was handled well and am very pleased with the results! Also Hayward’s support has been good during all installations and there was good interaction between Hayward and Pool&Spa when technical issues needed to be resolved.
The team at Pool & Spa Warehouse are always so helpful, parking is easy, and they have a great range of products definitely worth checking out
Ordered a replacement Opal pool filter cartridge and was supplied what turned out to be a very poor fitting and poor quality "equivalent cartridge". Contacted the shop and they apologised for the difference and was offered to return it a replace with a genuine unit. Although we had the initial problem they provided great support to rectify the issue.
Not sure of his name but a really tall blonde guy, super cute and probably the best installer I've ever seen. Heaps smart and very knowledgeable.
