Extremely happy with the service, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone needing repairs.
The quote fee and diagnosis (no fixing) was $255 when we were quoted a top call out fee of $220 over the phone. Less than 50 minutes on site and 10 mins of that was in his van completing a quote for the problem. While professional and previous work which we had completed was good, the fees were excessive, and in addition, on this occasion, the problem was wrongly diagnosed, with another business coming and diagnosing the problem for free, and offering a much cheaper rate to fix it.
