Mike and his crew installed our pool almost 3 years ago. The process was so smooth and an overall such great experience! The crew was there 15 min before their scheduled time and worked hard until the job was complete. To this day, we can still reach out anytime we have question or concerns and Mike has been incredibly responsive.
Kinda unkept and way more expensive than it should be. Will stick to Hot Springs or Performance Pool and Spa for my chemical needs.

Please update your Business Hours on Google. I showed up at 9:10 AM on Friday only to find the store closed. Sign in the window says now opening at 10:00 AM. A wasted trip for me.
This place is so awesome! This is so much better than the box stores, and we're so lucky to have this full service pool store in Stillwater. I can't thank Susie enough! I hadn't shopped here before. I have a small pool and it was very green 48 hours later is Crystal Blue again thank you Suzie at Paragon Pools!
