Touting 40 years of experience with amateur hour services, producing substandard work. There is no quality, let alone owning errors, defects, and zero customer service. Prepare to litigate! Nightmare!
Do not purchase a pool from Mike Henry. It has been a nightmare to try to get any communication from him and his team. They could care less about making sure customers are satisfied. It is truly sad because he knows there is not anyone out there and people have to wait and wait and depend on him. Heater issues-he doesn’t care. Opened our pool was there 10 min and left. The worst service I have had from all of the pool companies I have ever worked with. I regret having them install my pool. Ever since then it has been a headache. They will not check for anything not functioning when they open the pool. They do not care if the heater is not working or turns on, nor if the cover closes again after opening it. Worse yet, they will charge your credit card without letting you know how much and without a receipt describing their services and the materials/parts used which are overpriced. Their pr... read more
Mike and his crew installed our pool almost 3 years ago. The process was so smooth and an overall such great experience! The crew was there 15 min before their scheduled time and worked hard until the job was complete. To this day, we can still reach out anytime we have question or concerns and Mike has been incredibly responsive.
