Just got off the phone with Pool & Spa Patch this morning. I was looking for a quote for a pool heater installation. The person I spoke with on the phone had an aggressive tone and was not friendly. They explained that they would need 2 separate people come to do an estimate - a tech and then the owner, Jim, would need to come a 2nd time to give the final estimate. The person on the phone was so unfriendly that I didn't move forward with getting an estimate.
