They were nice enough, but I ended up getting charged $235 for almost nothing done. When I explained that that didn't seem reasonable, and that the hourly service rate would have cost much less, nothing was changed. I'll pay my bill, and use someone else in the future. *It was all in one trip, not two as they say. No dewinterizing was ever performed as the damage was noticed immediately.*
