We were having a lot of trouble with our pool the last year and a half. We had been using Pool and Spa Mart for chemicals and advice for the last couple years. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were losing water and they eventually came out to take a look. Said it needed patched and we asked if they would come out and do it. "Yep, just have the pool drained down to the tear." So we drained the pool down and they never showed up or even called that week.
