I stopped in here today to buy a 3 way valve. The fellas had a look at how I was planning to set up my pool plumbing and suggested improvements that will save me a ton of pain down the road. I thought I had a good grasp of pool plumbing (after spending a good amount of time reading up on it), but I learned far more about pool plumbing in a 10 minute chat here! We have had our pool for 8 years going to other pool shops and it has never had the sparkly look about it. One visit to pool and spa gurus and it has never looked this clean and with very minimal chemicals added. They also shared some great advice and tips. This is now our regular pool shop!
I have been a customer of Pool & Spa Gurus for over 5 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. I was a complete 'rookie' when I first visited their store - I needed help to learn how to look after our pool and found the staff there to be very helpful (and patient!). Special mention to Richard, who is happy to share his knowledge and has never left me feeling as though I was too much trouble. Greatly appreciated!
