Great service and knowledge
Last summer this company did not filliw agreed times on the maintenane contract and the pool was damaged. For this summer i have tried to get them to empty and clean out the pool, order and install a new pump and refill the pool so we could use. i started this process in October 2022. The proprietor has been around to see the pool once in that time to give a quote, which was accepted then and there. Called up as I needed assistance with the pool - they were busy with other appointments so no one could come out - but Daniel spent the time on the phone with me to troubleshoot and fixed the problem over the phone. He could have just said “sorry, no time”, but was brilliant and helped me through. And they’ve booked me in to teach me pool skills as well. Just superior service.
Had an issue with my pool in a remote town with no access to a pool technician, Called these guys who assisted me over the phone to resolve my issue, Will definitely use these guys when I need to!
