Six years ago, I bought my pool from Pool and Spa Depot, and I was pleased with its outcome. I continue to seek advice, as I am a fanatic about my pool water. I worked with Taylor today, and she was wonderful.
We love our hottub and service department is amazing but where we bought out tub from the employees need to be probably trained we were told they came in with no training but thank god for the service department in Nashville they pulled us out of a bad situation. It took all day but finally was able to fix it,
Taylor has been a great help with our new pool needs. Always helping with a smile
Jaelyn was very helpful with my water analysis. She helped me turn my green pool to crystal clear. She was very patient and thorough with her explanation and steps to take.
