Great experience with Pool and Spa depot Lavergne. My inground pool project was completed in around 10-12 weeks from first dig date. We knew there would be permiting delays, survey, and weather etc. So I was happy with the timeline in the long-run. Better to take your time and do it right. I recently purchased a home with a swim spa. I stopped by with a ton of questions and needing to buy a couple of items. Zachary was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I appreciated the time he spent with me answering my questions and providing guidance on the products to buy.

Update: It took a problem from February to be resolved in May. Guess what, our swim spa is broken... again and its November. We bought a swim spa about 3 years ago and has broken down every year since we got it. The technicians are great but Pool and Spa Depot never have the parts in stock to fix it or keep proper records on what you buy. When we call to get a time frame on when to fix it, its always "oh we don't know" or "I don't have that information for you."
