I have been extremely disappointed at the problems with the pool we spent over $100k cash built by pool & spa depot. Sarah actually resolved a big issue & did it quickly with professionalism. She is so far the only redeeming quality about our experience & expense in our dealings with this company So the 5 stars are strictly for her!
Had a hot tub installation and our electrician needed additional info to get it hooked up correctly. Sara made sure to help us connect to the right person without a lot of trouble. Appreciate the extra effort and level of customer service she provided for us!
We love the staff at the Lavergne location! Especially Stephani!!! Always so helpful!!!
