We purchased our pool 2/14 - We were told if we bought this particular pool in this particular package we would get all these items included with our pool. We got our pool installed 3/20 , They were so efficient Louise in his crew were amazing Bryon at Pool And Spa Depot Walked us through every thing. Today it is 4/29. Buyer’s remorse. I truly wish I would’ve went with another company 3 years ago. It’s been 3 years and literally every year even the year it was built has been a DISASTER! They are the worse! I had issues after issues when they built the pool and the ball kept being dropped. I got a 17x31 Grecian which isn’t difficult but it was difficult for them. They tried to make me pay for the company they hired to haul off my dirt because their equipment was all broken at the time. Which was INSANE! Was expecting to pay for the hauling ... read more
I bought a 220v round tub from the Brentwood store, after an extensive search for a strong hydrotherapy unit that would fit our compact patio and also look good. The show room has a good range of choices, and Corey was very thorough in helping us evaluate alternatives without any sales pressure. Ultimately he gave us a good deal on a suitable unit from their range - highly recommend Corey and this store.
I seriously hope she gets a raise!! And him too! pattie and corey are the best! Also Patrick! My pool is so gorgeous my family and friends tell me it might be the prettiest one they have seen in town. We are native Nashvillians and oak hill is the toughest place to deal with regarding permits, however, Corey and Pattie not only helped me keep my sanity..they did not stop until it happened- Pattie is literally “Johnny on the spot”, as is Corey.
