We just bought a hot tub at the Brentwood location from Corey. He is THE person to go see. Super responsive and knowledgeable about all things hot tub. Corey answers all questions quickly and comprehensively. He made the whole buying process a smooth experience.
Excellent experience! Ron Neal assisted us and he was exceptional. Great customer service, knowledge and attention to detail. I also loved that he shared the background of this family owned and operated company. Great culture and we will continue to be a customer!
We bought a pool last summer from Eric at pool and spa Depot. The whole experience was terrible. Very unreliable. The pool wasn’t dug deep enough in the beginning. We bought a semi inground pool and it looked like crap after they installed it. Then after about a few weeks, we noticed grass growing up through the pool liner and the pool now leaks. We called pool and spa Depot and they told us they were not gonna cover a new liner, that it is our responsibility. We are out another $3000. That’s what a new liner will cost. I wo... read more
I have owed these guys a review for quite some time! Working with Matt and Corey on my hot tub purchase was a pleasure. They were super knowledgeable, and gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for me. Not sales-y for even a minute. They put up with all of my million questions, and never made me feel bad about doing my research. Honest, quality people. If you're in the market for a hot tub, highly recommend giving them a visit and ask for one of these two. They won't steer you wrong.
