I think I chose the right business to help me take care of my pool. (We moved into a house with a winterized pool, and we've never had one before.) So far I have met Ben, Jason, Mike, and another guy (sorry, I didn't get his name). They have all been very nice and friendly to deal with and very helpful. Mike even showed me how to vacuum the pool when all he was here for was to put the liner back in the track. YES, I highly recommend this company. Hank Davis and his crew recently replaced our pool liner. Excellent workmanship. Highly recommended if you need a liner replacement or pool service. We use them every year for openings and closings.
We visited the store and ask for a estimate on our pool repair in the month of May this year. We were told they would have it running by mid June. The estimate was very acceptable and they got the job to do the work. My compliments to Mike and Matt for doing such a great job in replacing the liner and skimmer. All was professionally done. Great pool technicians. They deserve the 5 star rating.
I have used this company to open/ close pool for several years. However this year's closing service gave me surprisingly poor experience. On the service day, I arrived home shortly after the crew left and found the backyard messy, all the container and storage bin were left open, along with a skimmer basket standing alone being separated from other parts. We've been using pool solutions for opening and closing for the last 2 years. After needing some repairs to our plumping and pump Jason came by and fixed it up. Prices and expectations were clearly explained. We then had an issue with the salt cell and for free he helped resolve our problems and got us back up and running smoothly. Highly recommend them as they came highly recommended to us from long time family friends.
