I had an ancient system that started to leak, and after calling a few companies, I cannot get a quote with details, etc...I called Mal on Friday, and he said they were swamped, but he could come on Sunday as we were not available the Saturday, and have a look, he confirmed the system is a too old, major leak and cannot be repaired, he spent more than 1 hour to explain me in detail different system available and provided me with a quotation the next day with his proposal and all technical info, the insta... read more
