Professional service
My experience with Team Pool Shop for my pool repair was great. Larissa's organisational office skills are first class and her kind and friendly demeanor relieved a lot of the stress I was suffering, after the unfortunate accident of breaking one of my pool's pipes. Sean also is a pool technician of the highest calibre who is truly happy with the work he does. I was lucky the spare part required was in stock and I was fitted into the job schedule the next day so I could get back to my pool's maintenance as soon as possible.
Their service has been outstanding so far, recently they installed a heat pump. I will continue to use them for my pool needs.
Purchased a Multiport valve, one element in the product is faulty, they have been initially answering my query emails but when it was "agreed" they might need to replace that element they went quiet, stopped answering my emails, probably trying to make me go away. If you expect customer service, look elsewhere.
