It started out great and work was going steady. I believe they had other jobs to do so after the second week, our reconstruction was not a priority. Weeks went by, work went to one day a week. A project manager with clear communication is much needed by this company. We had to ask questions constantly about what’s happening and what is next. Poolsharp did an excellent job renovating our backyard pool and pool deck. Jeb was great to work with during the design phase - he put together renders that really helped us visualize what we wanted, and he iterated with us quickly which kept things moving. We hired Pool Sharp to repair our leaking and cracking pool foundation and replace a few coping stones. Michael personally came to inspect the job and discussed several options, with an eye towards keeping it as affordable as possible. He and his crew kept us in constant communication, and showed up on site when they said they would. The leaks were completely resolved and they applied a new stucco surface coat to wrap up the job. First class experience with Michael, Jeb and team at Pool Sharp. From initial consultation to pool school with the finished product everything went to plan.
