Unprofessional and don’t answer their phone calls, voicemails and emails. Good luck getting in touch with them and good luck getting them to show up at their scheduled appointment.
Unresponsive, no show on scheduled services multiple times. When they did come they messed up the pool further. There are a lot better options in Memphis avoid this one.
This company is terrible. I would not recommend to anyone. They will tell you one thing regarding price, and then charge much more. They closed the doors on me when I was walking up at 4pm. They do not care about people, just if they are profitable.
This is probably the most unprofessional pool company in the world! So let me elaborate so you understand my frustration. I purchased a "premium" pool cleaner in April from Pool Sharks. The unit stop taking a charge in September, brought it back on October 1st because they said it was still under warranty. Called several times to get an update on the repair or replacement, but I was presented with the excuse "well someone else is working on your cleaner and they will have to call you back".
