After reading the amazing reviews for Mike and Mitch from Pool Shack, I called them. It's true. All true! I had a circuit trip and not reset and wasn't sure if I needed an electrician, pool pump repair or replacement, or both. Mike listened to my story, and gave me great information and managed to get me an appointment the very same day. Mitch arrived, and within 30 minutes had diagnosed and fixed the problem and had me up and running again. Mike and team are the absolute best. Fair and fast, Mike will bend over backwards to help. He has taken great care of us for years, and recently went above and beyond to help us with a pool emergency ASAP. These folks are a vanishing breed.
