Worked with Pool Service Specialist on a warranty repair on our pool pump. They did a great job in advocating for us to get our pump repaired. I would highly recommend Pool Service Specialists for all your pool needs.
Would go with zero stars if it allowed me to as that's the amount of help they were to us - zero. Very unprofessional, from the rude woman answering the phone constantly talking over you, to the techs who have no idea what they are doing. Can't believe this place is in business. Constantly deflecting blame for their incompetence. Cancelled my workorder with Pentair without consulting us at all. Bad experience all around.
Pretty bold of the employees to drive aggressively with their companies car.. on July 23rd 2026 at around 2:45pm. In Davison getting off of I-69 turning on Lapeer rd. Two young men the driver was wearing Orange. the way he was pissed at me for not turning and then flew around me very aggressively so aggressively his cute little van started shaking back and forth… life is not that serious dude… I can’t even imagine how u drive in your normal car if u treat people like that in the company car….
They really helped us out when we were in a bind when our salt system failed. They were very fair with pricing and installed a day earlier than planned.
