have to call repeatedly, installed undersized salt cell and when that didn't fix the issue I asked for a new panel We were selling [closing] on the new home, he promised it would be fixed on the old home for the new owners prior to closing, it was not, we escrowed the money and as of over two months later the new owner has an incorrect salt cell and a defective new panel installed. We have moved on to another company the substandard equipment will be returned when the new company completes correctly.
O have been doing business with Mr I have known the LOUDERMILK family for over 20 years. They built me a swimming pool in Shelbyville and it was perfect and we enjoyed so very much. We were referred to this company by our real estate agent to perform a pool inspection on a home we had under contract to purchase. Although they did show up on time, our main home inspector noted that they were only on site approximately 20 minutes. They then took 4 days to send a report we were expecting no later than the following day (too late to have any value whatsoever in our purchase decision). I wouldn't do business here if it was the only pool place around. The term Service in their name is strictly fiction. I was stood up on appointments twice. I made a service call reservation way in advance and even went to the store the week before the appointment to make sure I had what they needed to fix my issue. I was not only ignored on the appointed day, I was never called that Mr. Roy wouldn't be coming. Thinking something happened to Mr. Roy I went to the store several days later to check.
