We were referred to this company by our real estate agent to perform a pool inspection on a home we had under contract to purchase. Although they did show up on time, our main home inspector noted that they were only on site approximately 20 minutes. They then took 4 days to send a report we were expecting no later than the following day (too late to have any value whatsoever in our purchase decision). I wouldn't do business here if it was the only pool place around. The term Service in their name is strictly fiction. I was stood up on appointments twice. I made a service call reservation way in advance and even went to the store the week before the appointment to make sure I had what they needed to fix my issue. I was not only ignored on the appointed day, I was never called that Mr. Roy wouldn't be coming. Thinking something happened to Mr. Roy I went to the store several days later to check. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SERVICE CENTER. We ordered a new liner with them 7 months ago to be the first on their list when the season began. We were told at the time to order early to get the previous season’s prices. We have been calling since March to find out the status and were repeatedly told that we are next on their list to install the liner. We find out today that they don’t even have our liner.
