Scott you did me a great favor by cancelling my business with your company. Up until this guy I have now doing the pool cleaning, who is very good, the Plus in your company name stood for Disaster. Your guys would never come out to clean. On several separate occasions they went longer than a month up to 6 weeks without showing up and I kept quiet all that time until I wouldn't be able to stand it any longer. Most of the time they only ever came out twice a month if that. And I never got reimbursed one time for all those no-s... read more

Deidrick and the Plaster company did a good job on my pool. However communication with Scott the owner was extremely poor. He was nice while signing the contract but pretty much after that he would not get on the phone to talk to me or call me back. I just wish there was more communication with the company and the customer. Horrible company to use. They killed my front Lawn. They drained the pool on my lawn allowing the chemicals to kill it.
