Glen did an extensive remodel of my older pool and the work was very high quality. He was relatable and dependable and the work was completed timely. I posted public recommendation on Facebook with before and after images. He was professional and committed to ensuring my satisfaction with the work. I would give Glen my highest recommendation.
Glen here did a neglect job. I am curious as to why he has put so much energy into helping some people (as is shown with the photos and 5 star evidence here) but put almost zero effort for others. A company shouldn't pick and choose like this. Really shows his character. For us, Glen did a negligent job. I do not plan on hiring hin ever again unless he cleans up his act. It took them 7 months to finish the work. We never got any information on the warranty regarding the pool pump he installed.Glen failed to answer our texts and did not finish the work. Don't use this guy.
Glen is awesome. Too bad to see bad reviews on him but not that he replaced the pool lights but he outdone himself. I'm so proud he was the one hired to work on my pool and not someone else. Honestly, my opinion - the one and only, definitely going to be my 1st call with my pool needs.
Disappointed with the service. DO NOT WASTE TOUR TIME. The pool was consistently dirty and the walls to the pool were always sticky. He was supposed to come weekly, many weeks we felt like he did not come by at all. When we would question him on what days during the week he would come, we would get no response.
