These guys were great. I had them close my pool this year and for the first time I felt like someone really cared about closing the pool thoroughly. They worked great as a team and payed attention to detail much better than previous companies.
I contracted Scott (Pool Service MD) in April 2024 to replace a damaged pool filter that a tree had fallen on and to drain and clean the pool. The total cost was $8k+. Scott and his team showed up two or three times and then disappeared. We then received a call from his brother, who also owns a pool company, that Scott was in a coma. We had a wonderful experience with Pool Service MD doing our renovation this past February of 2024. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable. We have signed up for a weekly service package this summer and look forward to working with them in the future.
