We’re extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in Pool Scouts of Columbus and its owner, Ms. Heather P******. We’d been faithful customers for three seasons, and PS most recently closed our pool improperly, causing $7,000 in equipment due to water being left in the lines last autumn. This company denied this, even though numerous pool companies, as well as individual pool owners, who viewed video and photos, all agreed the damage was due to an improper pool closing.
