uncivilized rude people – I have felt uncomfortable and disrespected with this company. It appears customer service is an unknown concept to them, no forthcomingness what so ever. The telephone operator and the pool boys have been rude and inflexable. My impression is this company takes no pride in their work. It took me three years to finally convince our landlord to cancel the contract with Pool Scene Novato. Today is a good day, from now on no more Pool Scene guys around! Yippiee!
