Don't waste your time or money with Pool Safety Victoria. They first tried to invoice me twice when i paid them and then failed to stick to the service where they didn't lodge my certificate with council as stated on the letter they first sent to me. It was a constant chase and poor customer service.
PSV were great to deal with, and helpful in suggesting a couple of builders to rectify issues with a couple of our gates. Highly recommended.
Inspected in April and charged us to lodge the certificate with council, didn't hear anything for three months, eventually contacted council and they told us it had not been lodged and that we had to lodge it not the inspector. Eventually got the certificate and lodged it, asked for a refund of the $30 extra we paid for lodgment and after another two months and many emails and phone calls we were refunded $21.98c! What a scam! Would not use them again in a pink fit!
