Pool ‘Safety’ USA- Despite advertising as a company, it was a single individual (Shane Christ) handling the job. He quoted a pool safety fence and instructed me to buy a $200 automatic dog door, which he picked up. He then stopped communicating with me for four months — no installation, no updates, no return of property — until I initiated a police report this week. Install went just ok, we had to remove some concrete coping after the fact because Shane was not onsite during the pour. But the real issue is warranty/ repair work.. we just got ghosted and have been very dissatisfied with these guys. Automatic covers need repairs so use someone you trust to service the cover after install, Shane is not the guy for that.
Shane is very responsive, diligent.
