Maybe one of the most appalling companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. All work is offshored to the Philippines where the employees there do not have an up to date understanding of local regulations and are just following a protocol-- incorrect drawings, poor communication, and months of wasted time is a short list of all the nonsense we had to deal with. The spa was ordered in January and did not actually get installed until September. All of this costed thousands of dollars to boot! Avoid at all costs.

I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience with these guys, from the first call to the final installation and completion. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and punctuality were truly amazing. If you're looking for reliability and spot-on workmanship, there's no need to go anywhere else. What's more, they went above and beyond by taking care of things we didn't even ask for. Thank you for making the spa installation process not just smooth but genuinely enjoyable. I started using Nick and his team many years ago, and what a difference it has made in my life. They are amazing, so kind, and so helpful. Anything I have ever asked them to do they oblige and are so accommodating. No matter what I ask Nick and his team to do for me their answer is always YES. I have been working together with Nick and his team for over a year now. I have been so impressed with them and my pool and spa customers always confirm what a pleasure they are to deal with. As a retailer often questions and concern re permits come up and Nick is always available to take my calls and offer advice.
