Poor customer service. Take your pool needs elsewhere.
STAY AWAY!!!!! The owners Mike and Heather are VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They promise a well-done job and then abandon you when things go wrong. We had our pool resurfaced, we were promised the job would be done in a week and it turned out to be 3 weeks. Mike had the nerve to tell my husband he was picky because the tiles they placed were not spaced correctly due to Mike not ordering enough tiles even after measuring the pool 3 times. This is difficult for me as I have never left a bad review for anything before and consider myself to be very low maintenance. Had been a customer for 2 years without any issues and good pool maintenance. Talked into upgrading to a new system following the hurricane. They did not know how to install it and lied to us about it “working fine” and we must have done something to ruin it. It was never working.
