After resurfacing pool and communicating to them several months later that there was an issue, I get literally shut down and kind of told "conversation over". Hope there are no future issues with the warranty, they seem to not have a good customer service. My bad as well for not checking as there are only 2 reviews on Goole from 10yrs ago. OK work (there are others out there), poor customer service
I had no idea the changes that have been made in the pool industry. My pool remodeling included new tile, a pebble interior finish with abalone shell, color changing led lights, and a paver decking. I know the bones of my old pool is still there, but to me, Its an entirely different pool. I love it! And now, entertaining is a blast again! Thank you Neal for all your patience with me. -Lynn
