Eric is awesome, first guy to tell me that I don't need something. Instead, he showed me what I could use to get some of the light calcium off, which wasn't anything serious. He was genuine and even fixed my Barracuda which apparently had clogged with something and wasn't working. I did not even call him for that, and he was so helpful. Totally trust his opinion and again want to thank him for being helpful!
Made our pool look brand new. Also a really great guy that actually does business to help people and not rip them off. Eric went out of his way to buy our chemicals for us, and even explain how to take care of it. Overall wonderful experience and I would highly recommend.
Eric took my green and calcium covered pool to a new look. He performed a clorine wash which was followed with an acid wash and media blast on my tile. Very good and profesional job at a fair price .Thanks for the beautiful pool, Eric.
Eric took charge of a major cleaning and repair of our pool. First, he had to find a significant water leak and repair it and then he had to draIn the pool (and spa and 2 water features) , remove calcium stains, repair pop-up heads, provide protection against future staining and return a 15 year old pool to like-new condition. After buying a new home, we were looking for someone to acid wash our pool to remove the algae stains. When I called Eric at Pool Renew, he was very responsive and quoted less than what we were finding at other pool cleaning companies. We scheduled the service and he arrived on time, did exactly what he said he would do, then came in a little under the original quote. We are very happy with the level of service and professionalism from Pool Renew.
