Paul was amazing. He drove for an hour to get to my house at 7am on a Saturday (to fit me before Christmas on top of his fully booked day). It turned out my vinyl pool issue was all because I’d overfilled the pool and the issue had resolved. Paul refused to charge a cent, not even a call-out fee. He just said ‘Merry Christmas’. There aren’t enough people like Paul in this world! I would highly recommend him and would trust any advice he gives!

Many Thanks to Paul for coming around today to do a healthcheck on our pool and replacing a broken ball valve. I've learnt more practical tips about pool msintenance today than I have since getting the pool. Highly Recommended - will definitely be calling on you for future upgrades
