They were great until they merged with gold medal pools. I’ve had a service request since Monday for an urgent issue and nobody has come out to fix it. I’ve called twice and was reassured it was high priority with the freeze and it is still unresolved. When this company was owned by pool refs they were great. Sad to see a family owned company go down after merging.
After switching to Pool Referees pool service in April 2023, I wanted to provide feedback, specifically comparing Pool Referees to our prior weekly service. 1. Our pool now sparkles! It's so noticeable EVERY week. Really stands out compared to our prior pool service; 2. No green pool! We have been working with them for more than a year, and we are happy with the services they provide.
They offer best service in this business, we have own this house for 17 years now and it’s the only one that abides by their name and high standards I am satisfied with their team work. They address any concerns within acceptable timeframe therefore we recommend them.
