Awesome customer service! Our experience with Pool Queen Services was exceptional. We were referred to this company from a local realtor and we were immediately impressed by how humble and professional they were. We called and they came the next day and worked on a Sunday to address the algae in our pool. Words can't express how blessed we were to have come across Daniel and his brother. Pool Queens were referred to me by a friend who had used them before and was very satisfied with their service. They showed up on time, with excellent customer service. In less than five minutes they solved my issues with my pump. I highly recommend using them for any and all of your pool needs.
The initial visit to assess the pool was good, first service visit was rescheduled twice and I had to text to verify if they were still coming . After numerous times of trying to contact someone for payment, I received a text message from Daniel stating he wouldn’t work for free , I again told him I had tried contacting him and others for payment . During one of their visits, my filter housing broke , he said he wouldn’t replace it next day , 2 weeks went by and I would occasionally ask for updates since they wouldn’t call .... read more
