The people who operate this business are really knowledgeable and helpful. Our pool is always in great condition thanks to them.
Showed up at 5:55 needing a part for my pool to find the store closed... guess the hours aren't correct on google or their door.
The lady that runs it kinda has a matter of fact attitude when we were overly nice and then ended up being wrong about what she told us the part was. Making us have to trip back to Fairmont from Good Hope. But she is just kinda old fashioned, I'd say. We got our above ground pool here, and they have always been pretty great, honestly!
The service from Pool Queen is excellent. The installation was done in a caring, professional manner and the technicians sent to our home were friendly and knowledgeable. They were genuinely concerned that we were satisfied. Yes, you can buy a pool at a cheaper price from an online vendor.
