I called Pool Pros on 12/30 due to the pool timer not working. I spoke to Scotty and told him I needed a new timer. I sent him photos of the timer. Not thinking that anyone would be able replace it before the new year, Scotty had a technician call to tell me he would be able to come, tomorrow, New Years Eve. The technician called to to let me know he was on the way and he changed timer. Thank you Scotty and the staff of Pool Pros for such great service. Happy New Year!
