Used pool Pros for the first time this year, our pool had a leak and they came out, found the leak underground. They sent out a young man by the name of Riley to cut concrete, dig and repair the leak. He was great, explained what he was going to do and got to work right away. He was great to talk to and was very friendly. We found the repair was not going to be easy (due to the water lines being covered in the footing concrete, (issue from the builders not these guys). Very true to their word, time frame of installation and what would be involved. Friendly hard working staff! They replaced our liner plus fixed 3 plumbing pool leaks. Recommended a good concrete crew to fix our concrete around pool. Thx Chris and gang! The Wawszko’s
Please drive safer. If you are going to have things hanging out ur truck maybe put a red flag on the end of the poles. I’ve seen way too many accidents.
We switched to Pool Pros after a not so great experience with a different company. From our first conversation with Britt the Pool Pros team has been excellent to deal with. Extra special shout out to Sonny who has gone above and beyond to get our pool back to crystal clear after a few issues. He even made a few extra early morning visits to ensure our pool was going to be ready for our pool party. I don’t use their services nor do I even have a pool but my neighbours do. I am writing a review because as a neighbour of someone who uses their services, they always walk and carry their supplies over my lawn as opposed to my neighbours lawn that they are providing services for. I’ve asked them not too especially since I am trying to grow my lawn and seed every year but they continue to do so.
