Pros? Heck no! It is almost November and things are winding down for all pool companies but these guys can't make a solid appointment. I tried on 3 occasions to get them to tend to my pool but they won't even give a time in which they can come. It seems they don't want new business. Very unprofessional. Your loss.
I would like to extend a big thank you to Pool Pros for the terrific job they did replacing our pool liner and coordinating with Poolscapes for the surrounding concrete work. Despite the size of the project, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Pool pros repaired 2 broken underground pipes, installed a new liner and installed my winter trampoline type cover. From the beginning of obtaining quotes till the end their staff were totally professional. Communication between us and the owner and the install crew was exceptional. My pool is a very odd shape. Liner measurement and install perfect. Not a wrinkle in the liner and pool floor is smooth. They also recommended an exceptional concrete replacement/install company to redo the border (Poolscapes). Used pool Pros for the first time this year, our pool had a leak and they came out, found the leak underground. They sent out a young man by the name of Riley to cut concrete, dig and repair the leak. He was great, explained what he was going to do and got to work right away. He was great to talk to and was very friendly. We found the repair was not going to be easy (due to the water lines being covered in the footing concrete, (issue from the builders not these guys). Very true to their word, time frame of installation and what would be involved. Friendly hard working staff! They replaced our liner plus fixed 3 plumbing pool leaks. Recommended a good concrete crew to fix our concrete around pool. Thx Chris and gang! The Wawszko’s
